Do you only work with large enterprise clients?
Not at all. Our clients range from Series B startups building their first engineering team to Fortune 500 companies running national VMS programs. If you have a serious talent need, we'd like to hear about it.
What if the placement doesn't work out?
We stand behind every placement. Our guarantee terms are discussed upfront, before any engagement begins, so there are no surprises. We have a 30-year track record to protect, and we take that seriously.
How quickly can you deliver candidates?
For most roles in our core practice areas, we present first candidates within 5–10 business days of a completed brief. Speed depends on role complexity and seniority. We'll give you an honest timeline upfront, not an optimistic one.
Do you place candidates outside of New England?
Yes, we serve clients across the US. Our headquarters is in Massachusetts, but our candidate networks and client relationships span the country, with global reach for our international talent programs.
What does "Global Talent Solutions" actually mean?
For clients whose environment or culture doesn't fit traditional offshore markets, we provide access to senior engineers based in Europe: fully vetted, security-conscious, and on a transparent monthly model. No hourly billing surprises. No offshore compromises.
We already have a preferred supplier list. Can Sigma still help?
Quite possibly. We are an active supplier on major VMS platforms and have experience onboarding as a new supplier within MSP-managed programs. We're also NMSDC-certified MBE, which supports many clients' diversity supplier requirements.
